We’re always grateful for every donation. To make sure your shoes arrive safely and can be reconditioned efficiently, please follow the steps below.

For Donors in Canada

Please ship your gently-used shoes to our Canada Warehouse:

For Donors in Hong Kong

Please ship or drop off your shoes at our Hong Kong Warehouse:

For Donors in Other Regions

If you’re donating from outside Canada or Hong Kong, please contact us at projectstepagain@gmail.com before shipping to us. 

Step 1: Pre-Clean Your Shoes

Before shipping, please ensure your shoes meet donation standards:

  • Remove excess dirt, mud, or dust from soles and uppers.

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth or mild soap if necessary.

  • Air dry completely before packing.

  • Remove personal items (tags, name labels, etc.).

Shoes that arrive in unsanitary or damaged condition may not be accepted.

Step 2: Upload Photos for Verification

Before you ship, please take clear photos of your shoes (both pairs) and upload them during the donation process.
We’ll review them to confirm that they meet the 80% condition requirement: wearable, clean, and not broken before you spend money on shipping.

This helps us reduce wasted delivery costs and ensures every pair donated can be reused.

Step 3: Packing Instructions

To protect your shoes during shipping:

  • Place both shoes together in a bag or small box.

  • Use minimal packaging to save space and reduce waste.

  • Label your package clearly with your name and email address used for registration.

If you’re donating multiple pairs, separate them by size or label them for easy sorting.

Step 4: Shipping Method

  • Canada Donors: Ship via Canada Post or UPS (choose either standard or tracked service) or drop off during official collection events.

  • Hong Kong Donors: Ship via Hongkong Post or drop off during official collection events.
