At Project Step Again, we make it easy for customers to save money, reduce waste, and create impact. Here’s how it works:

We sell affordable, low-cost shoes.

Customers receive an extra 10% discount if they donate a pair of gently-used shoes.

Donating helps save closet space, reduces waste, and gives old shoes a second life.

Donors must upload a picture of their shoes before sending them.

This step ensures the shoes are in acceptable condition and prevents wasted shipping costs if a pair is rejected.

If a customer donates a pair of shoes, their price is:

Selling price – 10%

Real Example: Way of Wade All City 12 Encore, Size 11, Pink.

Selling price: $130 CAD

Minus 10%: $117 CAD

John shipped their used shoes to us, and they received free shipping on their order.

Alternatively, we can arrange an in-person exchange, similar to Facebook Marketplace.

For every pair of shoes we sell, we donate a pair to students in need, whether or not the buyer donates shoes.

To make sure our donations match the number of shoes sold, we collect shoes through three channels:

Discount-for-Donation – Customers donate while buying and receive a discount.
Community Events – Collection drives at basketball competitions and other sports gatherings.
Referrals – Friends and family help spread the word and bring in more donations.
