Donation Guide
We appreciate your generosity in donating shoes! However, not all shoes are suitable for donation. To ensure that every pair we provide is both comfortable and dignified, we have the following guidelines:
Acceptable Shoes
We only accept shoes that meet the following conditions:

Wear

able: Shoes must be safe to wear without risk of injury.

Not Broken: Soles must be intact, with no holes, detached parts, or other damage.

At Least 80% New: Light signs of wear (creases, mild dirt) are fine, as long as the shoes can be cleaned and refurbished to around 90% new.

Complete Pairs: Both the left and right shoes must be present and match.

Hygienic: No severe odor, mold, or other cleanliness issues.
- No more than three years old.
Examples of Acceptable Shoes:

Sneakers worn for one school semester.

Sports shoes used occasionally but still in good structure (e.g., snowboarding, basketball, volleyball shoes)


Non-Acceptable Shoes
We cannot accept shoes that fall into the following categories:

Broken or Unsafe: Shoes with worn-out soles, holes, missing or detached straps, broken zippers, or damaged laces.

Excessively Worn: Shoes that are below 80% new, with heavy creases or no grip left on the soles.

Unhygienic: Shoes with severe odor, mold, stains that cannot be cleaned.

Single Shoes: Missing one shoe from the pair.

Slippers or Flip-Flops: We do not accept these types of footwear.
- More than three years old.
Examples of Non-Acceptable Shoes:

Old sneakers with holes in the sole.

Running shoes with completely worn-out treads.

Shoes with torn fabric, broken straps, or missing parts.

Shoes that are heavily dirty and cannot be cleaned.
